I'm just getting back into structured training and TrainerRoad is trying to figure out my current fitness 
So after a couple of weeks of moderate workouts that I completed easily, it throws this bastard at me today.  I actually got further through it than I thought I would.  You can see where I faltered partway through the final interval on the second set.  Fooled myself into thinking I had recovered enough to get through the third set.  Ha!
