Two Times Behind Dogpark and Boardwalk

This was the hardest Tuesday morning run in a long time. We started at Harmarville Pavillion. When we got near the bottom of Suffer This (we went down a different way) we saw what appeared to be bear tracks in the snow (see the pictures). We ran down to the train tracks then back into the woods before the first bridge to climb the Downward Death Spiral. I could only walk up because it was so steep. We ran on the Blue Trail, the White Black Dot Trail and the Rachel Carson Trail to finish. The group run was slightly less than 5 miles but felt like more than 6 miles. Before and after the run people were eating donuts. I'm not supposed to eat donuts because I have Celiacs Disease. I said that I would only eat a jelly donut. There were no jelly donuts. Kristin handed me half a jelly donut. It never felt so good to kill myself with gluten. Now I'll go home and eat red jello. To add an extra mile I went down the jeep trail and back up.
