Spin to shop. Minor bike fixes.

Busy day & time out on the trail.  Took a day off after coming up short on Sunday long ride. Didn't feel as bad as I thought I would yesterday but I've learned my lesson to rest more than I normally would these days. 

 CT scan done but no word from Dr.s yet.  Lots of very long words in the report, frequency of the work "unremarkable" sounds like a good thing though.  

Felt good pushing today.  HR goes high. Normally I would not be able to sustain the effort required to hold it that high for this long.  It's weak and has to beat faster. It is slowly getting better.  Power is coming up for similar HR week to week.
