So hard to start.
Hard not to quit.

I sort of nailed this workout. 
I descended (or stayed same) where I was supposed to.

“10k pace” seems like a fun concept.  It’s moving! … and like it should 🙏

Warm Up 2000m
3 X 200m Descending 1-3 with 45” Rest
Main Set:  (3 X 400m with 1’ Rest / 800m run, building speed per 200m, starting slow then ending at 10km race pace) = 2000m  Do 3 Sets in total:)

On 200s - was seeing between 54 seconds & saw a 46”
