Not as much tailwind as I hoped for, so it got really hard at the end. But worth doing it.
The start in Mount Gambier was on a beautiful bike trail followed by quiet roads through tree farms. Feeling a nice cool breeze in-between the trees in the morning. 
The hills were gentle, the traffic not too bad, but Portland is a city k definitely don't like. They must have money due to the port, but only a few tables in the shade, some in the sun and not pretty.
The last 40km the tailwind completely disappeared, sidewind and no winds in the end. I made it, hopefully a rest day now 😅‍
