Foggy and drizzly; damp and raw.  2M warm-up on mixed surfaces, then 10 x (1' on, 1' off) on paved campground roads.  At the start of each "on", I had to remind Brady that we were running Jeff pace, not Brady pace, but other than his surges at the start of each "on", he stayed faithfully right at my side for the whole workout.  Average pace of "on" sections 5:58. It's a start.  Wasn't into this run, as not the best weather, but they can't all be gems, right?
