Ankle roller

Beautiful night on the trails. Trying to keep it more chill, having to walk some of the hills to keep the HR from shooting up after the conditioning this evening. On way back to falls a hiker had headlight on bright and straight into my eyes, 10 seconds after passing him I didn't see a rock sticking out and inverted the ankle. Took me to the ground, hobbled for a few minutes but able to run the road section home pain free. Good thing I've been doing a bit of ankle stability work 😀
