Another great 3 hours in the bag. First hour felt very easy. Second hour dragged a bit and started to flag a bit at 2.15 but decided to very slightly increase the pace every 15 minutes for last hour and 15 minutes. I was tired for the last half hour but easily increased the pace and still felt really strong by the end. Had 2 gels and bottle of electrolytes. Still very cold in the garage. 0 degrees at start. Up to about 6 by finish though.
