12 x (1min @ 9mph/7%, 2min @ 7.5mph/0.5%). Warmed up my usual 3mi @ 1% in ~22min, then after the workout, jogged at 7.5mph until I hit an hour even. Actually started the reps at 9mph/8%, but turned it down to 7% after four, as I could tell it was quickly getting too hard.  I'd originally planned on doing 15 total, but my left hamstring tightened up a bit on the 11th, then more on the 12th, so I called it there. Did a short lift after, focusing on quads, back, and abs while trying to avoid aggravating the hamstring any further.

Wore new shoes today-- the Evo SLs that I got for $90 during the adidas  cyber monday sale (shoutout to Ellen Silva  for posting about the sale!). I think I liked them pretty well, but I'll need to run in them more (particularly outside) before I'll know for sure.
