I ate too much chocolate yesterday so I really needed to burn some calories today. I don’t like these kind of efforts — trying to hold 360 watts for up to 2 minutes. It’s amazing how sixteen minutes on the bike can create so much fatigue. The problem is that now I’m starving. Luckily there’s a lot more chocolate in the fridge, here at work. Almost makes me happy to be here. Almost. 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫
