One of the last Enduro training for a while, now focus on XCO..., speed and fast climbing.
For the not mountainbikers reading this: "Enduro" = with a more heavy bike with bigger suspension slow uphill and then fast down via difficult descents . This is a sport that is very popular in Girona and Catalunya. Catalán cyclists usually do good results in the International Enduro competicións.
