First ever XC Ski Race!  Was super nervous at the start as I’ve never did a mass start ski event.  Conditions were not the best as it was almost 60 degrees yesterday and this was primarily man made snow, so it was very slushy. Going in my main goals were just to finish (hopefully not last), not fall and not hurt myself. Mission accomplished on all three. Started at the rear of the field so I didn’t get run over and ended up finishing 67th of 76 skiers.
