Athletica | Power Profile Test

Grateful first and always. Thankful to God for the health, strength, and opportunity to even show up and do this. None of it is guaranteed, and I don’t take a single ride for granted.
Also thankful for Chadd and the side gig. Being able to work, stay busy, and provide is a blessing. That said, after a full week of fitness testing on the trainer and long days working a second job in construction, I was absolutely cooked going into this.
Power was way off today, but that’s on me to keep perspective. This is apples to apples, not apples to oranges — indoor trainer power on Zwift versus outdoor power and SRAM crank numbers aren’t the same thing. Add in early-season legs and accumulated fatigue, and the picture makes sense.
It’s early. The work is honest. The direction is forward. I’m grateful to be here, and I’ll keep building from it.
