Proud of everyone who raced at Weber St today. Pouring all day in Maryland, and shoes didn't arrive until like 4:30 lol. Happy to at least have a place to run. Just listened to some Eagles podcasts to pass the time. Calf felt a lot better! HR quite enjoyed being at sea level. 1st 2 miles at 8:00/mi, the rest at 7:30.
