Tail of San Dom social run same start, different route, halfway got lost in the woods but relocated pretty quickly,had to stop after 9.6 miles as Sara had a tight tendon,walked the rest back to the finish
Half way to parkrun, then cancelled so went up to Castell coch and back instead
Tomorrow's run tonight to avoid the pending monsoon
Undulating 10 in the rain breaking in the new goretex Pegasus (waterproof)
