2 miles easy, 2 miles at marathon pace, 1.5 cooldown

Decided to wait until today to run rather than yesterday but frustratingly the ice hadn't melted much. It was terrible. I am in full taper mode but still haven't run for 3 days due to this snow and ice, so needed to go out, but couldn't do the session I wanted to today. Really hoping the conditions will be better for doing a bit of marathon pace tomorrow.
