1x30' full gas = 390W or ~5,7 per kg, which is more than I anticipated at this point 🥹 then kept going 45 more minutes around comfortable 350. The KOM had been taken from me, so used that as extra motivation. Apparently my all-time best 1h power and the highest average heart rate for so long in all of my 15 years of cycling too. Mostly because I never do efforts that long 😅
