Hammered trailer out of the gate, 403W to second gate. Colin and Massimo pulled away but I kept grinding. Massive headwinds added probably 2 minutes to the time.

Best power across the entire 4-35 minute range since 2024. Hope my meter is still calibrated properly.
 
Last night I also challenged a 17yo rowing recruit to a best effort 100m erg contest, beat him 15.8 to 16.0 seconds. 😂 Good stuff.

Pre 8g creatine, 4g beta alanine, 2g betaine TMG (for hangover), 80mg NAD+
Bottle: 90g carb, 4g cit mal, 3g salt, 10g BCAAs.
