Was shocked when I saw my mileage for this week but I'll take it! Need to work on my streets as I doubled back on some that I didn't need to if I would have just thought ahead a little 🙃 oh well got in another 20 and am just shy of 70% complete. It is so easy to just want to keep running them but eventually told myself I needed to head towards home. I actually could have probably got in one or two more but get some again the next long run! ☺️ Hip was a little sore on and off after mile 12. Jacob kindly reminded me that I never do core or myrtle or strength so I should probably get on that 😅
