Cycle to Mentone beach

Pretty sore today. Especially restricted in the right hamstring which was hard to run on at all initially but gradually got better as the run went on. Not enough to justify going any further than 8km though.

Some good DOMs in the calves which I don't tend to get much. It means the shoes I ran in successfully redistributed the load more to the lower leg which is preferable for me. 

Will just go by feel this week with the running depending on how the body recovers.
