Koska sää oli melko hyvä ja kipu tilanne kohtuullisen hyvin hallinnassa, niin minä lähdin pyöräilemään. Tänään tiet olivat paremmassa kunnossa kuin eilen. Tänäänkin tien hoidon laatu oli paljon parempaa tielaitoksen kuin kaupungin hoitamilla teillä. Tänäänkin pyöräilystä teki haastavaa käsien puutuminen, ylävartalon kivut ja väsymys, mutta pyöräilin kuitenkin reilun 30 kilometriä.
Since the weather was pretty good and the pain situation was reasonably well controlled, I went for a bike ride. Today the roads were in better condition than yesterday. Today, the quality of road maintenance was much better on the roads maintained by the road authority than on the city roads. Today, the cycling was challenging due to numbness in the hands, upper body pain and fatigue, but I still cycled little over 30 kilometers.
