TAI CHI CLASS 1/13/2026:
Another great Tai Chi class with 12 participants in attendance. I was having some sciatica pain when I arrived, but after a few times going through the movements, the pain was already starting to diminish. This is just one of the benefits of taking these Tai Chi classes. I forgot to start my watch at the beginning of the class, so you’ll just have to take my word for it that I got it done.
