Better the last week and definitely on the upswing from the little respiratory bug, but also not what I used to be able to do. Have to be happy with spending a lot of time right at the target LT2, running just below instead of above threshold, and only started to feel difficult right at the end. Need to find a flat straightaway though as the turns are doing a number on the off and on right hamstring.
