this one was tough. I'm unaccustomed to running over 5k and my left glute still isn't at 100%, so I had to both accommodate and push. Did this as a run/walk of 4 min run / 2 min walk, save for the last rep where I just wanted to get it done. Tech annoyances made it harder. The networked dropped out about halfway through, so for a while I had neither game updates nor music. Garmin has evidently changed something in the run profile, too, as I got unwanted voice prompts and an entirely new data display on Connect. I did get it done. The playlist, when I had it, was the "80s Dance Party" and actually a rather nice mix.
