It’s never too late to learn !!

Lillian H coaches our school’s swim team and she stays at the pool to do laps after practice. I had told her I’d join her “one of these days”. Hadn’t followed up on that and she called me out. Made a plan for tonight. 

Tbh, when I got done with track practice, I was tired, hungry, and ready to go home. 
But it was totally worth it. She is a fantastic swimmer, and I got my cardio in without having to endure winter’s bitter air. 

I’m grateful for every sport I like to do, but  swimming is not just a sport, it’s a life skill everyone should learn.
