Running extremely uninspiring routes at the moment

Let it thraw, let it thraw

I both love and hate this session.
- It checks so many boxes: 30k long run, 10k at threshold to 10k-effort, learning to recover at 3:30/km.
- But it is also so tough mentally. You just get no break. Even on the "off"-km you need to be fully focused. And the constant change of pace means that you never get into a rhythm.
