End of funemployment!

This wasn't the original plan, the backup plan, or even the reformulated plan, but I got out the door and ran a bit and didn't feel too bad. Definitely getting sick, but I think it's just a minor cold. 

Listened to two local legends Will Peterson and Cara Baskin rehash Cara's amazing WM100 run on the FromTheBackountryAllOneWord podcast. Not only great content on a great effort, not also the perfect length carrying me through fumbling out the door rough up to the moment I closed the door behind me (on 1.2x).

All time conditions for road shoes on the rail trail.
