Hike in Carolina North Forest, Chapel Hill, NC

Hike with Colette where we hoped to do six miles. There were only four cars in the parking lot when we arrived, which explained why we didn't see many people in the first hour on the trails. Eventually, we started meeting some dog walkers, hikers, and bikers. When we finished the parking lot was almost full--close to 16 cars.

Today it was a bit colder due to some strong winds and the temperature in the low 40sF.

Neither of us was super energetic today, I had a bad night's sleep and Colette had gone out for a run earlier in the day, plus she had done a workout at Planet Fitness.
