Felt good. Once I’d stopped after 0.8mi upon realising that placing a cereal bar in a hollow plastic cup had not been my brightest idea - and the drumbeat would have driven me crazy. And not too wet underfoot. So shoes still yellow. 

Segment PR courtesy of being chased by a dog. It’s happened before there (small detour due to construction work) so it didn’t take me by surprise. I’m guessing the nearby caravan isn’t empty. Anyhoo… I legged it. PR.
