I’m finding to keep the intensity I have to Elliptigo on flat as my HR drops too much on the down hill of hills, even this hard sub 60 was more in aerobic than threshold, that’s 18 days solid exercise in January my longest streak in 62.9 years 
Was actually my hardest effort now I’ve looked at my heart rate on Garmin Red Bull gives you wings 🪽
