Gorgeous day, great stretch of river.  Glad to finally get to see more of the Salmon.

Good news is my roll works again; bad news is how much I needed it on this easy of a run.

On the rating: Dan Mentens book and AWA both call this run III+ with one IV (Gaping Maw).  I'd just call it straight IV.  And I thought Gaping Maw was pretty straightforward and only the third or fourth hardest rapid, at least at this flow.   Actually, just checked the Menten book, and I was misremembering - it does rate this section a straight IV at these flows.  So it is only AWA that I disagree with.
