It's been about 3 weeks since I did a harder effort and I took about 11 days off in that time, so I wanted to see where I was at. I was happy with how I did. 29 watts off 2025 or 3 minutes shorter effort than my most recent similar effort. Overall it's good for being a couch potato. I weighed 69.3kg or so on Saturday. My Zwift racing score is now 643.
