Afternoon Run

I am beginning to think I my desires for running may outgrow shell rock but I've got time and miles before I come to a true decision. On the other hand, keeping a running streak in an Iowa winter is getting old. I disdain the cold when I'm running. By mile 3 my body felt warmed up for a run but my face was feeling more like an ice cube. Thinking one year before I die, I will run through a warm winter, maybe somewhere south. 

Running through a winter without injury has been my downfall since highschool. I am glad the shin splints are minor and I look forward to ripping without them. 

Looking forward to a kinder wind.

Ps I am a terrible cobbler with terrible ideas of what a runnable shoe is but until my new shoes arrive, this will do
