Some soreness in left hip flexor and lower quad, but the really sore spot was the lower hamstring behind the knee. Some needling in that area created agonising soreness which would suggest that my issues in that leg have been stemming from that area. Need to switch off the excessively reactive nerves in that area. 

Can barely walk now due to the nerve fighting back, but once it realises it's overreaction in the coming days all going well, things should feel better and this leg should feel better. Will likely need follow up treatment to fully settle it though.
