Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Presentation: Lump in neck that is growing (commonly found while shaving) - Night sweats & unintentional weight loss. Labs/Imaging: CBC-anemia, LDH elevated - marker of lymphomas &/or growth.
Follicular Lymphoma: Postulated Cell of origin: Centrocytes/centroblasts (GC B-cells). Overall- 2nd most common Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL)- after DLBCL. Considered the most common indolent NHL. Sites of Involvement and Clinical Presentation: Lymph nodes.
