First run in a couple of weeks with the boys .. nice and ploddy for me while they all run about like loons
Turbo for an hour then straight out for an hour run
2-4-6-4-2 with half lap offs .. let my watch run into the cooldown by accident! Good session with the chaps tonight double figures again for the group 👊🏻
