12/01/2026 Stanwell from the ubiquitous Tesco in Ashford. That Monday near bonked feeling. Felt better for some strides at end.

10/01/2026 Stanwell Moor 12m Threshold, 2m, 5x(2m Hard, 2m), 12m Threshold. Very cold but decent enough. Good for plane spotters here!

07/01/2026 Staines ! Cameo on a towpath too :) Tropical - back in shorts & no gloves. Just about “warm” enough. Solid run but right hip little stiff but otherwise Ok.
