07/01/2026 Staines ! Cameo on a towpath too :) Tropical - back in shorts & no gloves. Just about “warm” enough. Solid run but right hip little stiff but otherwise Ok.
06/01/2026 Claygate 5x6m, 1m on trails as roads too icy. Bit tired but OK. Makes a change at least.
