Easy run with the old boys.
Easy long run. Feet feel properly battered off 3 run days in a row! Almost feel like a proper runner now though! đ đżđŚ
8 x 800m off 200 jog recoveries. I never run 2 days in a row so struggled to maintain the pace and legs didnât feel like they wanted to play at all.
Longest run Iâve done in about 6 months. Legs still intact âď¸
