Training for a better healthier mind and body, getting healthy requires not just effort but consistent effort. What I know and what I’ve learned is the body will adapt to change given enough time. The body can recover from most things again given time, rest, food and positive thoughts. 

Today’s spin was curragh driven, I skipped some little bits that I felt weren’t in my zone of happiness and yet powered On through some nice climbs and came down some nice gravel and grass sections at nice speed. 

Was still a great challenge today as my energy levels were borderline empty luckily sport and the occasional turbo cane to the rescue, and for those who think the bike dies it all believe you me it doesn’t. It doesn’t balance itself, it doesn’t go by itself, it doesn’t climb by itself and it certainly doesn’t wash itself :) moral of the story is if you want to see how much my body was under pressure always check out my heart rate stats and to be fair today I used turbo a good bit just to try and keep up where as normally I’m happy along with Ecco. 

Weather is changing and darkness is coming sooner these evenings the chill is becoming fresh and I’m excited and apprehensive about winter cycles and training. I guess like everything the first step is to have the correct gear, stay dry stay warm. 

Lights to power up the darkness, this is one of my favourite things to have in the bike nothing beats some nice illumination, the electric bike is always glowing with frontal light the back il stick back in when I’ve time. A nice head torch and bright handlebar one il also get from are Chinese brothers and sister ;)

All in all thankful and grateful for ability to cycle. Praise ABBA for the music.
