Think a kidney stone is on its way to making a move, feel like ive been kicked in the crown jewls. Good news js i got out for a spin, say what you like about ebikes but they allow me to travel and enjoy biking without totally feeling like giving up. 

Today was impromptu cycle, no time to think just jump on and ride. Very milf back pain so im now home relaxing on couch with the feet up and hot water bottle at my back to warm back up and ease onset of tightness.

Started to get chilly but that was my fault not having the right attire on, t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms are summer cycle not really good at keeping wind and cold out. 

Took some apple cider vinegar with (mother) to see if the acetic acid will help with breakdown of rubble in kidney. 

The stop off for coffee was welcomed it have a nice respite to the journey. Home just in time to Dodge the rain and before the battery emptied.
