Reboot Camp Hua Hin Day 1

My overall mileage this year is in the range of what you do probably in just 2-3 month time. My overall fitness is really very bad and my body weight at an all time high. Fighting with a abscess at my bum and the heat and sweat is not really supporting the healing.
Things must change! The next 8 days is a general activity holiday with a combination of different sports as cycling, gym, running, rope skipping, etc.
Furthermore my partner is we me and I don’t want to sit all day long on my bike. 
Today in the afternoon only short rolling warm and the for almost 50km a good strength-power training along the quite beautiful coast of Hua Hin to Khao Kalok.
