The wonders of a 360 meter track. 8790 meter total @ T. Started the second rep at the 150m-from-finish line. Ended up at 3:43, 3:43, and 3:45 pace. Bit slower than I wanted, body definitely quite tired feeling. Just not enough sleep. HR is looking on the lower end of alright for the first two reps and then dipped for the last one. Started feeling legs maybe a little. On the other hand the effort didn't feel that hard, maybe I just mentally wasn't ready today. 

Had rained quite brief and heavily earlier. Water pools together in the turns apparently. Sometimes I avoided, sometimes I barged straight through. Busy on the track so some weaving too.

In bed in the evening, I feel the area just below the left butt cheek, some soreness.
