Not sure my lame intervals justified quite this pomp…

*FKT verification pending - all 27 stations on the original Circle Line. Yes, I know I said yesterday that I wanted to do more running outside London in 2021, yet here I am 😅 would love to have a go at a trail route, but with the current rules clearly saying “stay local” and “only essential travel”, I personally think it’s impossible to justify for now. Here’s hoping that the world is in a slightly better place in 2-3 months... anyway, this was a fun road half (and a bit) taking in many sights. GPS went a bit crazy in real time on the watch, but I got snaps of all stations except one (I missed out on snapping Gloucester Road 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️); and am glad that the foot pod gave me sensible pace readings throughout. Undoubtedly, fast marathon runners can shave loads more time off this (I reckon the FKT will eventually settle well below 1:15), but I’m happy enough with this for now, especially given the steady pace - couldn’t have gone much faster this morning without enough sleep, but at least I’m awake now 😆
