Tonight was just getting out of the house..

I even got it in the big ring at one point...

Basically - I'm a cardio-metabolic health shit show and an intervention is required.  We are going for a modest 400km this month and a total activity time of 30hs. Buckle in for some real heart rate rising cardiac events in the coming weeks.  If you don't see any rides - please harass me until you see them - you'll be doing the future NHS a favour.
