Was going to do a run today but weather too nice for that. 😁 Windy though but mild enough to take gloves off. Z2 mainly.

50 mins Turbo. 10 min WU, 10 min high threshold (85rpm), 10 min easy then 2 min threshold @50rpm/ 1 min easy 90rpm x 5. Work @ 290-310w.
Steady controlled tempo ten (k) 😁 (apart from Moorwell rd hill, which was a bit of an effort) 🤪
