Started too fast, had a mechanical, parked up, had a caffeine gel and managed to make it round. 

Worst thing I have ever done on a bike, started to feel bad after about 3.5 hours and it never really got better after that.  Can not recommend avoiding doing this enough.

This was all for Young Lives vs Cancer, a charity that helps young people with cancer and supports their families. Please donate what you can to   I know their support to Nick and his family over the last few months were massive.
