Just the kind of big effort I needed. Been very busy lately so no long runs or rides in quite a while; energy levels low and fatigue high. Was fine until coming back up Bellows and really slowed down limping down from Greylock. It was enough for the FKT but there is quite a bit more this can be lowered. The trails here are amazing and this is a great course with the perfect duration/elevation combo.
