Awesome ride with other GrNY riders (including two new ones).  Some of us continued for the full 83 miles while others continued onto Macedonia Brook to wrap up 50+ miles on the day.  All riders tackled Skiff Mountain (via N. Kent Rd).  What a climb!  It was as steep and full of loose rock as I was forewarned.  It was the first time up this climb for all of us.  Managing the entire climb in the saddle, tire-side-down felt like an accomplishment given the extremely loose surface and grades that sometimes topped 20% according to various riders' Garmin's.
