Tuesday Core Exercise

Not fasted. 12 hour timed event. I did 16 laps. I went slowly due to my slightly wonky right knee.

I had three half peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches with the Albuquerque Road Runners while finishing loop 6. I ate some stuff I brought and had in my truck at the library parking lot, but I also ate a bunch of the food (and drank one bottle of water) that was generously provided at the turnaround!

Today was a lot of fun.
